Timeframe
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase/delivery of the item(s).

- Items must be in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included
- Items must not have been used, assembled, or modified.
Exceptions
- Items on sale/clearance offer are non-returnable or refundable - Special orders and custom items are non-returnable or refundable
Return Options
Exchange: Exchange allowed for a different item of equal or lesser value if eligible. Exchanges are processed within 1-3 business days after the item is returned.
Store Credit Receive store credit for the full amount, valid for 1 year
Refund Defective products are eligible for full refund in cases where the exact products are out of stock. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned items.

3. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Carefully package and ship or return the item(s) back to us, or drop it off in-store
